Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your poster: your email, shipping address, the details you put on the poster, and your photo.

• Payment details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page. We never see or store card numbers.
• We don’t sell personal information.
• Analytics, if enabled, never include your photo or the text on your poster.
• To access or delete your data, email hello@pbframed.com.

Placeholder: a complete privacy policy (including legal bases, retention periods and applicable regional rights) will be published before launch.

Photo rights & storage

Your rights. By ordering, you confirm you took the photo or have permission to print it. Race photography companies typically own their images and may sell personal-use licenses; make sure yours allows printing.

While designing, your photo is stored only in your browser on your device. It isn’t uploaded until you place an order. You can delete it from My designs.

After you order, your original photo and the print-ready file are stored in private storage that isn’t publicly accessible. Our print partner receives the print file through a time-limited link solely to produce your order.

• We never use customer photos for marketing or show them publicly without your explicit, separate consent.
• We never use customer photos to train AI or machine-learning models.
• You can delete your uploaded files from your order page once your order is complete, or ask us to.

Services that process your photo: our file-storage provider and our print partner. We’ll name both here once selected.

Shipping

Posters are printed on demand and shipped directly by our print partner. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Placeholder: production times, carriers, delivery estimates and supported countries will be published once our print partner is confirmed. We won’t quote delivery dates we can’t confirm.

Damages & returns

Because every poster is personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your approved design, contact us with photos of the poster and packaging.

Placeholder: our intent is to reprint or refund damaged and misprinted orders. The exact process and reporting window are not yet decided.

Terms

You’re responsible for the text and images you submit. We may decline orders containing content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful or hateful.

Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change before launch.
